Do any of you guys do the Herculean Workout? The workout that you do 3x/week each one being a full-body workout using compounds. I'm currently stuck on a decision of doing that or doing a 5-day split that I've designed, with 2 days of rest basically.
-What are the advantages of working out each muscle group once a week?
-What are the advantages of working out each muscle group 3x/week yet each time, it's not worked as hard as I would've worked it if I was doing it once a week?
What do you guys prefer?
