Any One tried Udo's oil?

I was asking my friend about flax seed oil and he suggested to me that I try Udo's oil.
It contains :

-flax oil
-sunflower oil
-sesame oil and some others too

This sounds pretty good to me. It has a 2:1 ratio of Omega 3's to Omega 6's.

Should I get this stuff or stick with plain flax oil?

I have used it recently and it is good. It does contain soy bean oil which is a minus

I use flax seed, cod liver oil and Udos oil now at the moment with good results

What is the negative effect of the soy oil?

I appreciate the humor, but seriously. Is the addition of the soy oil "that bad". It seems that this all in one oil would be easier to take than flax and the others, in seperate doses.

well i'm not sure, but it may be mostly saturated fat in soy bean oil. This is what i suspect when he says it is bad.

Ahh, so would plain flax seed oil be better, since I am not trying to bulk up?

Saturates only come from animal sources(besides coconut) soy is not from an animal

Soy is known to have estrogen precursors which will raise your esterogen levels, not what you want unless you are a woman going through her menopause.

I really like Udo's oil. I find it to actually have a nice taste compared to plain flax oil.

So seeing as I am a female, would the effects of soy bean oil have any negatives for me?
Or is it going to be slightly beneficial?

estrogen is an essentail hormone for women unless you want to turn in to a man!

I would hardly the oil would have any negative effects for you
