    herniated disc sciatic nerve

    Anyone got this? I had a slight herniated disc but its ok now, i do squats and stuff, gonna start deadliftin soon but i have this big ass pain in my ass, its the sciatic nerve i think. What do you guyz do to heal it? its been bothering me well over 6 months. anyways, holler!

    Have you gone to the doctor for this? An injured back is nothing to take lightly. I screwed my back up last year and can no longer perform squats or deadlifts, and had wanted to pursue a powerlifting career. That went down the drain.

    yeah i did, a physiotherapist, but i still play basketball and everything, i squat using a smith a machine so it relieves the stress. and imma start using a belt. heh, the physiotherapist said it isn't serious.
