    Assuming it's WW toast, then it doesn't matter either way.

    I agree with vido, oats and eggs, I even through in an Orange roughy fillet with 4 egg whites, now thats tasty...

    i cant eat eggs without toast. it comes down to personal preference and whichever tastes better to you.

    if your not a fussy eater, go the oats with egg whites

    Hmm eggs and oats, good idea. I'm getting sick of eggs and wheat bagels for breakfast, mostly the bagel I get sick of.
