Hey,are you still consuming over 5000calories?Has anything changed in your diet since you last posted in mm.com at 10-23-2000?
The structure is probably similiar (can't remember what it was in October) but I'll post what I'm using now later on tonight. Still above 5000, though.

damn Anthony, how can you eat so much.. I struggle on half of that !!
Let's just say near the end of the day my meals take so long to eat that by the time I am finished, it's time to eat the next one!

Man!!!!
If I ate all that every day, I'd be weighing 500lbs in no time.
I was just curious whether oor not yoou add in vegetables too yoour daily diet?????
Vegetables and liquids are not counted. I usually have vegetables with my 2 last meals (besides the fact that yams/potatoes are vegetables).
And yes, I'm bulking.![]()

Hey Anthony, how tall are you and what do you weigh?
5'7, closing in on 180, about 8% right now (higher than my norm)

Based on that info I think you are eating too much! Don't make your life miserable just trying to cram food in your face. I know you want to bulk, but you could accomplish that with less calories. On the other hand, if you aren't getting too fat and are making good gains who am I to talk? How much weight have you gained on this diet?
It is a lot of food. And until my stomach adjusted it was difficult. Still is somedays, depending on a lot of factors (room temperature is a major one, seem to be able to eat more when the room is cool).
Anyway, I'm coming off a period of inactivity. No measurements are being taken for awhile, so I can't really give you an accurate number for how much I've gained. I'd say it's about 2lbs a week, based on what I see/feel.
I'm pretty good with giving my body what it needs, diet is something I have toyed with for some time. I've increased my fat intake quite a bit with this new one, going to see how it goes for a couple of months. Adjust as I see fit.
I realize I could still make gains with less calories, but I feel comfortable at 2lbs a week right now.![]()
