im trying to bump up calories i was at 1400 now rangin around 1600 i eat a isspro42 bar befor bed is this okay . It says its main source or protein is casein and it has 37 g carbs 4g fiber, 42g protein , 2g sugar,8g fat, 5g unsaturated is this okay i am still under my total calories but the bars bumped it up so im going to stick with it
o and plus i get them for free and im tight on money
