paint thinner proven to be better than ECA stacks

na not really i had to make a title that would grab attention
but here the realy question alrite i was reading a thread rite now that made me aware that there are two different types of weight lifters body builders and power lifters and i come to conclude that body lifters are weaker but bigger than power lifters but power lifters are much stronger. SOO i wanted to know why since power lifters are stronger that they are smaller than bodybuilders?

thats stupid **** w/ the title
its because power lifters train for strength, cns response and more motor unit/neuron recruitment blah blah blah, while bodybuilders train SPECIFICALLY to TEAR muscles and then to rebuild them... ie. hypertrophy

First of all, dont post stupid titles like that. I know the answer but I am not going to answer bc I find it disrespectful to trick someone into reading your thread.

I thought power-lifters are bigger, while body-builders are just more ripped and $h!t. I dunno, but yeah- your thread title is ghey.

I found the title funny. But however i don't agree with your post. Most powerlifters I know are freakin huge. Just not cut and well defined.(usually fat and out of shapemtoo) but please don't flame me for that last statement it was just a generalization...
