    Workout Schedual

    This is what im thinking. Tell me what you think

    Workout #2-Chest
    -Abs
    -sholders
    -40min cardio on crosstrainer

    Workout #1-Curles (dont know the name of the musle)
    - Pull downs (back off your arm)
    -seated row
    -40 min cardio on crosstrainer

    Sunday, Tuesday and Thuresday do workout #1
    Monday and Wedsnesday do workout #2
    Friday and Sat. I dont workout

    Im really just trying to lose fat.

    Look at the WBB routines, and read the tons of articles on dieting.

    I think its aweful.

    Try the WBB#1 routine and add cardio to it.

    Bench...- 303..........................Bench....- 300....Paused in meet - 281
    Deadlift.- 503.....Unofficial 513...Deadlift..- 490
    Total....- 1,203...IPF Class II......All done raw, Touch'n go bench
