I've been in this gym for about a week and a half now and today for some reason they just up and closed. No notices, nothing.
So if anyone could suggest an alternate at-home workout for me it would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently doing the WBB #1 routine and today was a shoulders/biceps/triceps day.

do pushups? Iff your strong enough do pushups with your feet on the wall.

yea thanks adam. guess i was just really looking forward to getting in there today. also i f*x0red my knuckle on my step dads head last night..thats gonna make those hand stand pushups fun.
Just rest, thats what i would do. One day isnt going to hurt you at all.
