    I hope this makes me stick to some kind of plan

    I'm just hoping that if I write this all down, I will make myself follow a plan. I want to weigh 180 pounds by New Year's. I guess I'll just kinda write down what I eat, protein, carb, and fat intake, and other useless comments.

    i currently weigh about 160
