hey man, for one i wouldn't say that you're necessarily in maintenance just b/c you weigh the same. most likely if you've cut back on your food and added workout and cardio then you've gained muscle and lost fat. but with as loose a diet as you have, i would stay away from supplementing with fat, b/c most likely you're getting enough fat from the loose diet. i just dropped 80 lbs (275-197) for a bodybuilding show. took about 15-16 weeks to do it and granted lost probably 10-15 of muscle, but it will kick your tail to do that, especially if you don't want to sacrifice that much to give it up (which is ok). it just comes down to how much you want to drop and how fast. if you want to be lax about the diet and wahtnot, that's fine, but expect it to take longer obviously.
bodybuilding is not a hobby for me. it's about a doctor saying i'll never walk again, and proving him wrong by conquering the physical world. it's more than a stress reliever; it is an answer to my critics who say i can't do it. it's more than a tool of physique; it's a tool of worship. it's more than a sport; it is who i am.

Eat regular oatmeal, not flavoured oatmeal.
Eat real meat, not lunch meat.
You need more protein, more healthy fats, and probably more overall calories.
lol. eat nothing sugared. besides, it's much cheaper to get the regular oatmeal bin from the store. i would get 1/2 cup first thing in the morning with 2 tbsp PB and some eggs or maybe a protein drink (only one of the day, though). if you insist on getting dairy...have it in the morning. but if you're getting dairy for any other reason than personal preference...cut it out. lactose = simple sugar = quickly transferred to fat. fat free cottage cheese is not a bad thing while cutting, but isn't great. the casein protein is very slow digesting, making it great for bulking. lunchmeat is bad b/c it is processed. get some turkey or chicken breast, maybe some steak from the top of the cow. even some lean beef for burgers. i make some ground turkey burgers that are amazing.

Cut the flavoured oatmeal and lunch meat as others have said. Also I'd change that tin of black beans to something else, perhaps a tin of tuna + olive oil or tuna/rice something like that.
here is exactly what is in my cupboard and fridge: chicken, ground turkey, brown rice, oatmeal, tuna, tuna, tuna, tuna, broccoli, green beans, protein powder, sweet potatoes, egg beaters. don't have much use for anything else.
oh yeah and natural peanut butter. organic.
