You lost muscle when you lost your fat, i experienced some of that, now I am working my damnedness to get it off. I am going to go on a slight bulk and lift my butt off then cut it off for spring break.

You should try something like that, I know it sucks putting some of the weight back on that you lost, but you have to remember, quite a bit of it is lean muscle and you gotta look at the long run, not the short run.

Because, like the others said, you lost muscle as well. What I would be doing, if I were you, would be to bulk up and put some muscle on before you think about trying to get rid of that fat on your stomach. What looks better? Someone who is very skinny with no muscle at all? Or a guy with a fair bit of muscle and a little bit of fat?

Not eating after 7 may be part of the reason why you are losing weight. Assuming you sleep 8 hours and eat the moment you get up, thats still quite a few hours your body is going with no nutrition. If it needs energy during that time, it may be taking some of it from muscle. Not eating after a certain time because you believe it will all somehow "turn to fat" is a myth.
