Ok, So I have started wwb routine 2 after Months of wastine my time as a Newbie BB. My question is on day three and you come to a list like this
"Seated Dumbbell Press, Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raises, Front Dumbbell Raises"
does it mean Do All of the excersises or just choose one?

Thanks, and another queston I have is, Can I cut the Days off out of the routine? Or Is it imparitive that I take thoes days off?
