Specific foods that will help DOMS recovery?

Do you guys know if there are any foods that will help with soreness? I've heard that Vitamin C will help. Is that true? And what other foods will help?

I'd eat some water, with some stretching as desert.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant as well.
You could check out all the other ones I listed here as well.
