    chicken question

    Is chicken slow enough, digestion wise, to be used as a pre bed meal. I sometimes cant get any cottage cheese and usually have about a cup or so of diced chicken mixed with salsa. Will this hold me over til morning?

    yes meat usually last 4-5 hours
    get huge or die trying
