    need help measuring food portions

This may sound like a dumb question, but could anyone here tell me approximately how big 1 oz of ground chicken is? Like if I had a square section of 1 oz of ground chicken sitting in front of me, how much space would it take up? I eat a lot at my college's dining hall and I'm trying to get an idea of how much I'm eating of this stuff. They have the nutrition info for 1 oz, but I don't know exactly what 1 oz of ground chicken would look like.

1 0z aint crap as far as chicken, probly like 2 medium mouthfulls. your better off payin 5 measley bucks tho at a cheap family dollar and getting a real scale than going by eye. if u cant weigh chicken, im assuming u cant weigh alot of stuff do to lack of. youll need one big time.
