    i am bulking up how much weight should iam at putting on a week?

    Depends on how you are bulking.. ?

    Ie how mnay calories are you eating over your bmr ?

    I think 1/2lb's is a good weight increase per week for someone that is bulking..

    1/2lb is good. So that means you're shooting for between 1-2lbs per month of muscle gain.

    And what about the guy from MuscleTech who gained 81lbs in 16 weeks! So he gained like, 5lbs every week....Interesting....
