    TV buffs

I'm thinking of buying a big screen (48" min.) and waas wondering what people's thoughts are on different brands. I've always had Sony but now I feel they are overpriced and not the same quality as they once were. There's prolly more bang for the buck out there. Thoughts?

I'd love to get a DLP but they're pretty pricey.
