I have read the information page on ETS and some reviews and it sounds like a great product, but I got a question that might sound kinda dumb. Will ETS help you well in this case help me build more muscle mass. I know it wouldnt be like taking steroids and all that, but if it does all what its says it will do and still help me build some muscle mass I would be more then willing to purchase some.
it will allow you to train more intensely and more frequently

How do we gain size and strength?
We train progressively with weights.
Each training session stimulates an increase in size and strength indeally and we then realize that increase if we can recover sufficiently and are consuming sufficient nutrients.
So, if we can train harder and more often via increased recovery then we should realize greater size and strength gains from our training.
Make sense?

makes sense to me. The problem with training very frequently, is that depending on the intensity that you train with, you could over train quickly. With quicker recovery this is less likely.

I wasn't trying to be a smartass. I just wanted to explain the process in a way that can be easily understood.Originally Posted by ryuage
