Good job on the weightloss. Your upper body looks good for your size. However, not to sound arrogant or condescending, but not training your legs is just flat out ignorant.
ok ok i'll fit it in within this week![]()

"Squeezing it in" one weekend isn't going to do anything but make you regret the soreness with no results. Consistently train your legs- a fullbody shot is so, so much more impressive than the standard front double bi, back double bi and side chest.

great progress abwowang, about where I came from in terms of fat loss and where I am at now in my training.. like the others said train your legs, you'd besurprised how much it will help with your upper body as well.

I basically agree w/ everyone else - upper body looks good, and start training your legs.

You look cut. Good work.
Working your legs will help big time with basketball. Make sure you are doing some Squats and Deads - getting those hips stronger is what helps your vert. Good luck

upper body is looking solid and cut. train your legs hard. they will not get the "cut up" look u fear overnight. but they will get thick and strong. that is what u want. nothing looks dumber than a big upper body with pu$$y legs. but good work on the upper body.
how big are those guns?
ericg is right- I know a guy who never played any athletic sports in his life but is sporting a vert. jump that's past 30" because of leg training.
