    Orowheat Health Nut bread .. if you want absolutely no chemicals and eat a lot of bread, get a bread machine and bake your own bread.

    Long Grain Brown Rice

    I like Mueller Low-Carb pasta and regular wheat or spinach pasta

    Dont forget potatoes and sweet potatoes with skin on as long as youre talking about starches...
