    I hit 205. questions...

Squated yesterday hit 205 for my last set.

    135x10 (warmup )
    185x10
    195x8
    205x6

I have a goal. I turn 16 in March, You think its possible for me to hit 300 by then? Im really intent on doing this. Ive been bulking like a maniac and I dont care if I get fat, cuz Ill just cut back down.

How long does it take for someone (usually) to gain 100lbs in squat weight?
    Is that a reasonable goal?
    thanks

Yes. Also, depending on your squatting style, improving your technique can make a huge difference in the weight you can handle. You're growing anyway, so just keep squatting.

Yes. With great technique you can do it. Your first 100lb improvement always comes faster then the next though. For me its always a mental thing, a new pr specially for squats is a big mental hurdle.

Lower the reps if your working to a Max single. And increase the weights more then 10lbs for your working sets
