    Your oviously ****ed in regards to doing barbell lifts.

    However, how much do your dumbbells go up too and have you ever heard of kettle bells? Ring training? Clubbells?

    Yea I hate to break it to ya but you can't get "great" workouts with a few DBs and preloaded bars. Try your best though, and then once you max all your stuff look for another solution.

    You can get more then a great workout using Hangin rings, clubbells, kettlebells and dumbbells.

    You can do combat training, olympic variations with kettlebells and other lifts.
