how much weight should i be adding on to my compound movements? is it like 5lbs a week?

I don't understand the question.
The DE lisfts follow percentages, generally. The ME lifts are 1RMs, your general goal is to break a record. All the other stuff you can progress however works for you.
Squats work better than supplements.
