I see that you are really pushing this "Body for Life", do you have to pay for the book?
Does it provide good information for beginners?
How does it help you?
Thanks...

My apologies to ANYONE who feels I am coming on to strong with the Body For Life Program. I do not work for EAS, and I am not brainwashed by the Bill Phillps method. (I don't even use an EAS supplement!)
Anyways, in answer to your question. It is a great start for beginners. You have to pay for the book, however Muscle Media magazine sums up the book pretty good, every month. The book though, is the best resource if you want to do the program. It retails for $40 CDN, but can be found cheaper or used. Heck, even the library here has it! So, you can get it free...
The book includes important information on all important aspects of training! Diet, Goals, Exercise. The methods outlined in the book are proven. They are working for me... and I have seen it work for others.
Now, this program is great no matter what your goals are. It's great for me, because it gets me "started" in a sport that I enjoy and want to achieve great success with.
This truely is our Body For Life...
So, grab the book and read the site... it's an easy program to follow, and if you want to submit your before & after pictures + and essay, you have a chance at some nice cash for your efforts.
Let me know what you think.

PS. The book has pictures and explanations of all the exercies you'll be doing, and the website has progress charts you can print out to us.

Thanks, I will see if the local library has it, and I will check out the web site.
