    In need to lose 35 pounds.

    What would be a resonable time to lose this much weight? I'm 5'8, 17 and I weigh 220 and my goal is to get down to 180. How much protein, fat, and carbs should I take?

    1-2 lbs week = about 6 months I'd say

    Isocaloric (equal calories in protein/carbs/fat) might work.
