Just curious about how this occurs,
but can working your lower body too much and too hard
lead to wide hips (in men) or is this just genetic?
There are some extremly cut members at my gym,
wide, huge upper bodies, but the lower body is wide and huge as well.
That can be good too, but the widness in the hips really
distort the triad shape.
Has anyone seen this?????
My guess is genes first, and wide-stance squatting second. As your stance gets wider, less work gets done by your quads and more work gets done by your hips and ass.
