    Bf %

I know there are like 15 other threads with people asking what their bodyfat is, but I'm curious...I'm estimating myself at about 13%, but I think that might be a little generous. Thanks guys.

    re:

Well, about 2 years ago I started out at 260 and probably 40ish % BF...my goal was to get to 10%. I plan to keep cutting until then...and probably bulk until I hit 14-15% bodyfat. Sound reasonable?

260 and 40% to THAT in 2 years?!?! Dude you're very lean, I'd say around 10. Time to start bulking and get back some of that mass, this time it'll be muscle.

dude you look amazing if you compare yourself from two years ago. From before, you probably have no problem gaining weight, so bulk up a bit and you'll look mean.

Thanks for the input guys...yeah...the whole weight gain thing is not an issue. Downing 4 or 5k cals a day sounds awesome after cutting for so long.
