hello i'm looking forward to train xtra hard yet again after a long break. i am planning on taking
Nitrean Protein Mix, Choc
Creatine
MTS vitamins
and working out every other day
also how mcuh water should i drink, as all these will be bad on the liver.
do yo think its worth taking these supplemnts? wouldtaking all of them be a waste of money or a great investment? just looking for opinions. thanks

I think that looks like a very sensible regimen. I would suggest you add ETS especially if you will be training every other day.
Some say that you should drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day. I would shoot for more, espicially if you are using creatine.
