Going to try a psmf style diet...to see what kind of results i can get.
I will be monitoring my blood sugar daily...every few hours...will start bringing my tester to work with me so if i have a low blood sugar i can take something and correct it.
blood sugar this morning-78

this will be my diet for today (will vary depending on when i workout)

1000 mg vitamin c

split will be as follows
sunday chest and biceps
monday cardio
tuesday-back
wednesday-cardio
thursday-legs
friday-shoulders and triceps
saturday-cardio
will try to do cardio after all lifting sessions also
saturday will be the refeed day..at least check bodyfat was 18.6%...will take a new set of pics next sunday then every sunday after
goal is 12% bodyfat...which i assume would be somewhere between 215-220
i am hoping with the psmf that i can come close to reaching this close to the new year.
respect, 18% bf at 248lbs? thats quite good actually imo.

blood sugar at 230 was 51 this was 2.5 hours after eatng..to compensate i ate 2 packages of smarties..
will try to check the bodyfat tomorrow...as the abs are coming in clearer...so i think i am beow 18% now

Well man, good luck! IMO PSMF is the easiest diet there is. Cravings are a bit of an issue but just kick them in the ass and you'll be fine. As far as hunger, I wasn't hungry very often on it because I knew my next meal was either chicken, egg whites, or tuna
Anyways, good luck bro, you should come close to your goal by New Years.

i did 25 minutes on the treadmll
went 2.3 speed for 20 minutes and 2.5 for 5 minutes
burned 114 regular calories and 32.6 fat calories
