Multi-Plus Question
It says 3 pills a day, so I pop 3 pills every morning. But I have a concern, that most multi's I took are once a day. Is it safe, or is it supposed to be a pill three times a day?????
Another thing, I have to get used to seeing my piss really bright yellow.

Mom and Dad took a multi that was supposed to be taken 3 times a day with 4 pills per serving. All that matters is the total dose.
If you look at the dose it's not that much that you'd have to be concerned about overdosing on a particular vit or mineral.Maki Fit Blog

I take 3 in the morning as well.
