On somedays I find myself sitting an hour before bed, and I have like 1000 cals to reach my daily goal.
Is it ok to eat 1 cup of unsalted, unseasoned peanuts to catch up a bit? 960 cals, 72g fat, 30g carbs, 36g protein.

Depends how the rest of your diet looks. I'd say yes, as long as you don't already have upwards of 100-150g fat in your diet from earlier in the day.

Yup, I eat almonds to make up the cals. Usually it's only a hundred or so though, perhaps you should work on getting more cals in earlier in the day![]()
Vido, nope after the 72g of fat from the peanuts I'm at about 150-160g fat usually. This is on a 4200 cal diet.
