    Whey Protein Question

Whats up guys, i just bought a thing of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder and i was wondering how much should I take each day? I have been taking 1 1/2 scoops in 10 ounces of milk after I lift on lift days. And on non-lift days I have been taking 1 1/2 scoops whey in 10 ounces of milk. Is that good enough or should I take more? Help me out here. Thanx.

Take as much as you need to reach your daily protein requirements. You should be aiming to eat mostly whole food sources of protein, but if you can't get enough, this is where the protein supplement comes in.

try to eat 1g/lb of bw in protein so its easy to guess how much you need.... if you eat 100g of protein throughout the day and you weight 150 lbs then drink 150grams worth or whey.. simple? I think so.
