    Total Protein...?

I usually like to stick to non-processed whole foods, but I really like this cereal. Anyone see anything wrong with it? Per serving: 110 calories, 14g protein, 7g carbs

What's the name of the cereal? Is it the new low-carb cereal?

It's the low-carb version of the cereal "Total". Called "Total Protein"

what's wrong with it? it's part of the atkins explosion..there are others like the "kashi" cereals..one of them is "go-lean"..right now i have some stuff called "back to nature"..it's pretty good..i would imagine that grape nuts have some protein too, but i havehn't looked..those things are freakin hard on my teeth..i think cereals like that are good..they keep the sugar content down, the fiber is high ( i think)..and the protein is high, considering that one serving is usually half a cup

I would have to eat about 8 servings of it for breakfast; but it sounds pretty decent.

It tastes like sh1t! Very gritty, oddly sweet. Just yucky!

I got some about 4 months ago when I first saw it. I had 1/4 of a bowl, it's still on top my fridge.
