question concerning kashi go lean cereal

I just recently bought this cereal called Kashi go lean cereal! It seems like a pretty good cereal for the morning since it is a whole grain cereal with lots of fibre and even a decent about of protein. The protein per serving on this cereal is about 14g of protein. But the protein is soy protein! So i was just wondering should i still consume it or not. Thanks alot.

Soy is fine. Don't worry about it.

Aha. I see. That sounds bad, but is it only slightly, and not a real concern for someone who's either..

    A: not a competitor?
B: not living off of the cereal and mass-multiplying the effects of it?

I love this cereal to, but I have one warning: I used to eat too much of it and it kept me on the crapper constantly. The 10g of fiber per bowl will do that to u if you don't watch out.
