    Gyro meat , good or bad?

    Is gyro meat bad for someone whos trying to build muscle ? I guess theres more a fat content?

    Yeah it's not really a lean meat. Stick with turkey, chicken, fish

    I dont care about fat, I can eat the hell out of some of processed Gyro meat. the perfect mix of beef and lamb imo

    Gyros with a Hummus & Pita Bread appetizer still remains one of my favorite meals of all time

    Like someone said above, gyro meat is contains a lot of (not the best kind of) fat. If that is not something you are concerned about, then sure, it’s ok.
    I know my spelllign and grammar bad sometimes are. English isn’t my first language though, so…
