Cottage cheese: nonfat OR low-sodium 1%?

After some research, I can't find any low-sodium cottage cheese that's nonfat, only 1%.

So, which should I go for: nonfat with high sodium, or 1% with low sodium?

i'd go w/ low sodium. that stuff has a ton of sodium in it, i don't think i could find a low sodium version the last time i looked.

Low sodium without question. I use 2%, it's not a big deal at all. All "low-fat" products means is that there's more low-quality carbs in them instead...it's a lose-lose situation, and personally I'd rather just go for the fat.

Yeah, low soduim. Although i just get normal coz i can either get 1 tub of normal for 20p or 1 tub of the 'healthier' alternative for £1, not a hard choice.
