I am staying at this bf and maybe a little lower and just keep on training as always, controlling my BF all the time, not letting it getting higher, and still eating 400grams of brown rice everyday as my main meal!

as for quad separation, they seem to separate more easily then my other muscle, ofcourse this is all about bodyfat, but they are the first musclegroup to lose fat when I diet, thanx BCC

Good to hear from you. I didn't see in the picture where it was shaking. As always you photograph very well and with your achievements it is hard to see any errors other than you are outgrowing your mirror.
Personally, I like the wooden appearance. If any suggestions I could offer is that you purchase a tripod to place your camera or perhaps ask someone to take your picture.
