Tomorrow is the start of my new training schedule and i have decided to post both my training and diet on this board for everyone to comment on and for myself to keep me motivated and to keep track of my progress.
I am currently 25 years old,live in Australia and weigh about 109 kg(240 pounds).My bodyfat percentage is around 27%(way too high).My goal is to get my bodyfat % down to about 10% and weigh about 90kgs.I am not putting a time limit on this but would
like to achieve this by my birthday in mid april next year.
Any help or suggestions are most welcome.My first training day will be WEDNESDAY 15Th NOVEMBER.
If you put in 100% then everything else will take care of itself!
