    some good progress right there... is it just me or does he seem like he have the built of a power lifter? anyone else thinks this? like in a few years he's gonna be freaking huge like a powerlifter.
    Work out to build natural muscles that's my motivation.
    Not for other people to look at me and not to look at my self.

    Good progress. Are you going to cut any time soon and get a little more definition?
    Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

    Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

    sup guys thanks for the comments they make me wanna lift harder...guido iam around 5-11..to 6"0 range..and mario i have been lifting for about 8 months in this gym that came with the apartment..i still need freeweights...lol
