I just finished football and lost a lot of strength all around, I need to get into a good program and put some good muscle size on. I'm thinking of a routine like this 6 days a week.
Monday: Quads
Squats
Lunges
Step ups
Tuesday: Shoulders
DB Shoulder Press
Seated Side Laterals
High Pulls
Wednesday: Hamstrings
Good Mornings
Hamstring Curls
Thursday:Back & Biceps
Chinups
BB rows
Seated Cable Row Close Grip
Standing Alternate DB Curl
Preacher Curl
Friday:Rest
Saturday: Power Day
Cleans
SLDL
Sunday:Chest & Triceps
Bench Press
Incline DB press
(depending on fatigue)Some sort of fly's
Skull Crushers SS w/ Close Grip Bench
Over Head Tricep Extension
It seems like alot but I think it will do good to get me back into the muscle bound freak shape. Get me good strength for heading off to University too.
Anyways any Suggestions????

If you can do it, it will be awesome. Good selection of exercises.
A few caveats: I imagine that after a few weeks of this, you'd probably be well served by taking 4-5 rest days. What about speed work, cardio, pylo?
Um not yet, this is only until about Mid January or so, Until I go back to working with my Trainer, were just taking a couple weeks off because I train with him all off season and season. Plus I feel the SLDL Lunges Step ups Squats and Good Mornings help my speed. More power more speed. and it's hard to get outside to run in vancouver during the winter, too cold.
