My Nitrean
My Nitrean finally came in today, and when I opened it, the white seal under the lid was 1/2 way broken off. The plastic seal over the lid was fine. Should this be ok to use, as I don't want to send it back and wait for a new one?

I have experienced the same thing from time to time. I think what happens is the paper seal gets broken as you unscrew the cap.
If the plastic seal around the cap was intact it should be fine.
You are welcome to send it back and I will replace it with another.

yea i just got my protein too.. and when i opened it the white lid just slid right off..
i think it has to do with the way it is packaged.. it just tears off when its opened..
