Did a little lookin and found out the dayum i'm old. My oldest son was born 01-10-1988. I wish he would get the kind of work ethic and dedication that you have. All he wants to do is talk about liftin and getting ready for football next fall but all he really does is go watch basketball games and set around the house and do nothing. kudos on your choice of lifestyle.

midee: Sorry about overlooking you the first time dude, I was just in a rush to get out the door to do, guess what, WORK lol. Oh, and it's my little secret.....

Dan: Yeah dude, I'm just not used to it. Maybe all the hard work and research is paying off finally. THanks for the encouragement.

Lady: Nice of ya to drop by. Yeah I know it's what ppl work for, just not what I'm used to getting.

midee again: Thanks for the props man. At least you can say you're setting an example for your son to follow.

A fox had ahold of a chicken and was running away with it. So I chased the bastard over a fence and, literally, through the woods. He dropped teh chicken. SO I carried the dumbcluck back to the house. Dumbass chickens, causin' me to pull a Superman act on'em.

HAHA reminds me of something Underdog would do. Great job saving the helpless lol. Don't worry so much about the gaining weight. As long as the bodyfat is coming off, you're doing something right.

Chubrock: Long time no post Thanks man. Chicken was roughed up but fine. Also disturbed. For some reason.

Going to make a little attempt at refeed today. Didn't eat too much yesterday. This is the earliest I've ever been on WBB, and I am consistently finding it hard to spell. I keep having to delete some of what I've wrote, because it's nosensical lol. I'm about to go into school to lift + play basketball. Oh yeah, then that sitting break known as "school" in between that and track and lifting+probably basketball. I love not being able to sit down, it means I get crap done.

SIDE NOTE: If I were to ever take crack I believe I would set the land speed record.

AHH, refeed aka junkass diet day Keep in mind I haven't eaten like this in months.

Meal1: Cinnamon roll, 1 carton choc milk, 1 gatorade, 1 small carton orange juice
Meal2: 1 large salad, 1 ladle ranch, sunflower seeds + shredded cheese. 1 small carton orange juice. 4 beef sticks.
    Meal3: 2 s'mores biotch! Been a long, looong time.
    Meal4: 1 package cheese combos, 1 gatorade
    Meal5: 1 tuna sandwich, 1 glass gatorade.

I have decided the drama on the bowling team has become too much for me. I have decided....to wrestle next year. I wrestled in 7th and 8th grade and broke the coach's foot, the only guy who could wrestle me. I was pretty good. The newly crowned state champion (Adam Lyons) wrestled me when I was in 7th grade and he in 8th. I threw him on his back after picking him up, then pinned him. Took 10 seconds. I think it's about time I got back in the groove of things. I'll be our heavyweight. Our team is a crack one, and I think I'll put a polish on it.

Needless to say, this will require a turnaround in training. No longer will I powerlift, because I need LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of endurance, even to make it through our practices (every day after school during wrestling season, 1 1/2 hours, at least 1/2 hour consists of running).

Raw power is what I'll need to shot put, but wrestleing is more important. I may get a little weaker, but I'm about to kill myself in the weightroom. Sets of 10. Done slowly. Endurance, HERE I COME BITCH!.

Got up early today, went to lift.
    LOWER
    Low box squats
    135x5
    225x5
    245x5
    275x5
    315x5

    Leg ext.
    25 per side x10
    25 per side x10
    25 per side x10

^^ Due to osberg slaughters, my knees are more prone to injury, so I'm toughening up the tendons with the leg ext. Burned like a mofo.

In wrestleing, I'll have clearance up to 275 lbs. Won't need it, as I'll drop at least 15 lbs in the first week. I will be cut and muscled as ****. Just what I want. SO I've got to work my ass off for it. Ok.

After lifting I played basketball. Killed my calf again. Then track beat it's ass too. Had to hop on right leg up and down a parking line. Hurt like a bitch. I straggled outta school today, sore and limping. Can't wait for tomorrow.

good luck with the wrestling...from the sounds of your workouts you could tear up the mats ...I would say focusing on strength wouldn't be a bad idea..just try tossing in a couple miles running..see if you can't get in 10-15 miles a week to start endurance training and then work up to 20-25 miles / week if you really think you need to worry about endurance...however, from experience with coaches...they don't really let you get out of shape...

cp: Rollin' with guys ain't teh best, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do hehe. Thanks for the well wishes.

Danny Boy: I am going to need MAX endurance in everything here (from previous experience) and I know that when I train for max strength, I have very low endurance. In short, I will die in practice.

Lady: Hey thanks, I have been doing lots of basketball and track. It'll be ok methinks.

CoCoa: Thanks for the compliments man. Much appreciated.

Madame de Lifter: Thanks a lot!

Chocolatey: Thanks a bunch for the compliment. I find myself likeing basketball alot now.

Danzavair: It's all cool man. I kid alot to keep things interesting.

1: Yep, energy everywhere, when I get home all there is is to type, shower, get stuff ready etc. Then I am almost asleep on my feet lol. I won't be up much longer after this post. When you read the rest of this, yer gonna think ENERGY!

Criptacular: Ow was because it burnt like crazy with the lactic acid buildup of 10 slow ass reps. Teh pain! Yes, I know, I'm a little bitch BTW, what's that looney tune **** you been typin? lol.....

Ahhh, another day in the life of Nick, who also happens to be everywhere at once.

Woke up early to lift and play bball.

AUX lifts mentioned in above post. Made me a tired mofo. Forgot to mention the laying on bench leg lifts. x20

45 min basketball, I'm good at defense. Friend told me it takes 1 step to get around most ppl, 3 to get around me lol.

School. Long, incredibly boring. With all this activity, I find that I CANNOT sit still. Makes school Hell.

Track practice, throwing, shot, discus, running, stretching, exercising.

    L
Lifted again ( I CAN'T STOP, HELP ME)
    Bench
    135x5
    205x10
205x10 both working sets were solid, perfect form + slowass reps. Hurt plenty lol.

    Db front raises
    25'sx5
    35'sx10
35'sx10 all exercises done today were with slow, controlled reps.

    10 slow pushups

    20 slow crunches

    10 slow dips

    2 laughable pullups

    10 slow dips

20 slow bench FROM leg lifts

    20 slow crunches

10 lb plate workout with Troy, a wrestleing buddy. Did bent over lat raises, and front raises with them. Did both twice in sets of 10.

Today, I got a taste of where my limits are placed. Too bad those limits are gonna get their asses kicked and pushed farther away. I just have this mentality that I can't be stopped. I know it sounds cocky, but when I go full bore on something, I DO it. If I can't, it's the result of my body not being able to do what my Mind wants it to do. So then I just get stronger, faster.

    DIET

    Meal1: 1 glass gatorade
Meal2: 1 slice breakfast pizza, 1 carton choc milk, 1 bottle ae strawberry milk.
    Meal3: Regular lunch
Meal4: 1 1/2 glass of gatorade, 2 glasses of milk, 3 hamburgers w/ cheese and catsup, 1 tuna sandwich, said **** it, ate rest of tuna in package.

I probably need to eat more protein and food in general than this. I just got everything organized for tomorrow, will do pulling body through space exercises ( like ones found in our HELLACIOUS wrestleing practices.) Will also play bball. No fat can even touch me at this point, and what I already have on me is being destroyed. I WILL BE CUT.

    Overall, a very fun day.

Chub: Yeah thanks dude. Hammered myself into teh ground hehe.

I'm home today because I have a rash on my right ear and face + chin. It itches, but if I scratch it it becomes tender and swells with heat. Went in this morning, played bball and whiffleball for 1 hour.

Seems to me that all that bball and whiffleball would aggrevate the rash. Pretty awesome dedication in my book.

Today I feel I have more endurance + strength in every dept. Don't ask me, I just as very attuned to my body. I want to hit the weightroom BADLY. I have to wait until monday . At which point you will see something similar to thursday, exept more brutal. Goin' to a wedding today, my best friend's dad's 2nd wedding. Gonna be fun.

UPDATE: I see more of muscle definiton that I ever have now. With my current kill-yourself routine, it should be more apparent later.
