Don't worry 'bout it mid. It took me a good cut and some serious work, plus time. You can get it too. Looks like you're already headin' for it.

cp: *ducks* Gives ya somethin' to work for. Let's not forget you stomp my ass in deads.

    Endurance training continues.....

Up at 5:45 am, go to school.

    UPPER

    Bench
    135x5
    210x10
    210x10

    Db curls
    30'sx5
    40'sx10
    40'sx10

1 hour basketball. I'm getting alot better.

Went to school after eating breakfast, taking a shower, brushing teeth, jelling hair etc.

    After school....

Track practice, longer than usual. Also ran an extra lap around campus. Hurt calf.... hurts. Lifted again....

    UPPER PART 2

    Incline bench
    135x5
    140x10
    140x10

    Tricep ext.
    140x5
    160x10
    160x10

****ed around with cable crossovers a little.

    Dips
BWx10 I do this when I don't work out, but this after is just crazy. Slipknot came on teh radio ....helped out.

    Seated over head db press
    25'sx5
    25'sx10
25'sx10 went light, 1st time doing them. Work well. Will keep doing them.

    10 pushups

    10 pushups

    10 pushups

    20 crunches

    20 crunches

Left weightroom. Picked up a large gatorade and a propel on the way home. After I got the propel drank, I opened the gatorade to have a nice, long swig. Suddenly I stopped. I looked up in the mirror, my unshaven face dripping with the last of the propel. I thought, what have I become? I've changed alot since I've joined this site, and am all the better for it.

At this point a couple of drops of gatorade spilled on the crotch of my track sweats. The gatorade is red. Tomorrow, I can expect to be taunted mercilessly about my gender and menstrual status.

    Diet
Meal1: 1 piece breakfast pizza, 1 choc milk, 1 carton orange juice.
    Meal2: regular lunch
    Meal3: 1 propel, 1 large gatorade

That's it so far today. That's what I've been running on. Lots of water from school though.

I've forgotten almost what daylight looks like, I get to school at the crack of dawn, leave at twilight. Kill myself in between.

When my grandpa gets home, I get to unload a wagonload of corn. I am truely happy.

I think you need to find some hobbies to take up for all this free time. I'm seeing entirely to much loafing going on in here.

    midee: biotch

    Admiral: Yes sir, goin' well.

    hafy: touche on that buddy.

    Meal4: 2 slices bread w/ pb.
Meal5: 1 chicken breast, 1 chicken leg, potatoes, salad w/ bacon bits, some ranch , 2 glasses choc milk
Meal6: 1 chicken leg, 1 glass orange juice.

I've noticed I get plenty of solid, good valuable fluids in my diet. May contribute to my increase in strength and decrease in fat lately. Bf test tomorrow. Should be holdin' at 20 or lower.

Unloaded 2000lbs of corn, hardly a sweat.

Lady: Many thanks! Endurance making a definite improvement....it has to.

Andy: Thanks bro, give'in it what I got.

CoCoa: Livin' it up on teh farm Learned not to whine early with my grandpa. Thanks man.

1: Let's see that back spread! Lol I could use a dumptruck.......

I really want to get some pictures on here, always lookin for teh opportunity. Been getting more definied + enduranced + stronger, bigger, whole bit. Size gains should stop now, but def. + endurance should hit teh roof. That or I'll die. One of the two.

Didn't go in early today, failed to wake up. Was pissed without my morning basketball session.

Had track. Regular stretching + exercises done rapidly to ensure I'm completely soaked before I go outside lol. Freezing wind is teh suckage.

After throwing, the coach had a new, fun way to torture us. We have a 40-45 degree incline ramp at our school, about 60-70 feet. Started at bottom, did sprints. Then, did bear walk up it. Then crab walk. Then wheel barrows (buddy holds feet, you walk up it with your hands). Damn.

    Lifted after track. LOWER

    Low box squat
    135x5
    225x10
    225x10

    Parallel squat
    135x5
    225x10
    225x10

Couldn't do leg ext. due to severe shin splints.

    Standing calf raises w/ bb
    225x10
225x10 lol 225 is my number today.

Layed on bench, gripped bar and did 20 FROM leg...swings....deals... up and down dammit. Someone tell me WTF this is called.

    11 pushups
    11 pushups
11 pushups 10 sec break between sets.

Exept for boring school, had a fun day!

    DIET:

Meal1: 1 small carton orange juice, 1 carton choc milk, 1 school made sausage egg biscuit.
Meal2: regular lunch, but with a VANILLA MALT! MMMMMMMMMMMMMM yea for teh cheatin'!
Meal3: 1 bottle ae strawberry milk, 1 propel fitness water, 2 granola bars.
Meal4: 1 chicken breast, 1 bowl mac and cheese, 1 glass milk.

    Not hungry, I feel stuffed.

Came in late today. Only got to do bench during 1st workout.

    UPPER

    Bench
    135x5
    215x10 pr
    215x10 pr

School, track (severe shin splints) no running.

    After school UPPER

    Incline bench
    135x5
    145x10 pr
    145x10 pr

    Db curl
    30'sx5
    45'sx10 pr
    45'sx10 pr

    13 pushups
    13 pushups
    13 pushups

    Dips
    BWx10

    Seated rows
    220x5
    300x10 pr
    300x10 pr

    Db front raises
    30'sx5
    45'sx10 pr very hard
    45'sx10 pr uber hard

Very good workout today. I'm gonna find out where my limits are, and I've found them in my shins. Had to stop basketball today. Could barely walk. Sat down and when I stood up the pain forced me down again. Insides of my lower shins and calves feel like I've ripped them from the bone, and the stress fractures are killing from my 255 lb frame. I'm not running in track for a while, that's for sure.

So, that's where my pussass legs give. Where will the rest of me fail? Gonna find out, and break those barriers.
