    Question about gyno removal..

I fear that if I get it removed I'll eventually get more. Do they do a treatment to prevent it from coming back when they remove it? Is there such a treatment?

Hi, I watched a few programmes about this issue. The majority of men don't get regrowth, but there is always a chance. There are always risks with any surgery.
Read about the complications and if this makes you feel better, go for it. I deeply sympathise with any man who suffers from this.

Well it seems to be getting worst and worst, to the point where it seems like if it was removed it would just come again.

    Thanks for the reply!

Hm, I have just noticed your age. Looks like you are in the growing stage. Plus it looks like you are bulking. Excess fat is usual during this stage. What does the structure feel like. Does it feel like fat or a firm(ish) tissue?
What do your parents say about it?
Whatever the decision, make sure it's your decision only. Since your 15, if you were to remove any tissue growth and you were to develop more, it would be a real disappointment. Maybe you could e-mail a plastic surgeon close to your area? They would give you the real low-down on what they know best.
    Good luck and Merry Christmas!!

what kind do you have? Real Gynecomastia, which is where you have a gland under your nipple, or Pseudo-Gynecomastia, just fat around the breast? Or maybe both? I have Real Gyno...if it's not gone within the next few years(which the doc says it should be), then I'm looking into surgery.

My right nipple is super soft, but my left is much harder. It could be because I'm bulking, I really hope so. I only started to get it once I started bulking, hmmm.

When it's cold everything looks fine BTW. I know this sounds like chest fat not gyno, but I'm pretty sure of it. In a direct light you can see 2 circle humps behind the nipple.

Then yeh, you have gyno if you have the 'humps'. It's pretty normal for us teenagers. I've had it since I was 13. It all has to do with hormones and the such. It *should* go away by the time we're 18 or so. Don't worry about it too much right now. I looked into surgery, but our doctor said that 75% of his patients had indentions after the surgery, so I said forget that. If they're not gone by the time I'm 18, then I'll probably contact a real plastic surgeon instead of the guy here. Lifting has helped minimize the appearance of mine somewhat, so keep at it.

To answer the question, if you have gyno removed it won't come back because they remove the entire gland. No gland, no gyno. But you can still get big fat manboobs if you're heavy.
