    Urgent Weight Loss Question Needed

    as of today I am 231 pounds and I am 5"11. I have to lose 46 lbs by april. Thats is 3.6 lbs per week.

    what do i eat, better than that is there a liquid diet I can go on. where I eat breakfast and drink a meal replacement drink for the rest of my meals. I really need to lose 46lbs. I have never been this big before.

    Well, it is possible to lose weight that fast (not sure if people here would recommend it), but unless some terrible death awaits you in april, I suggest you do it the right way:

    -Consistantly burn more calories than you consume.
    -Eat Healthy
    -Exercise Daily

    I'll let you research on what each one of those things mean.

    why do you need to lose 46 pounds by april. 1 why april and 2 why 46.

    workout for one. for 2 don't eat junk, don't drink pop or beer just water, some milk and some juice, and at atlargenutrition.com there is a meal replacement powder. i think it's opticean or something.

    HIIT possibly?

    Might I ask why you need to lose it by April? It sounded like there was a deadline or something you have to meet.......

    More tips for weight loss:
    ~Do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach
    ~Cut out carbs after 6
    ~Take incidental exercise seriously(Use stairs instead of elevators for example)
    ~Drink more water

    Well so far tough old man has dropped 37 lbs since oct 26th. I've cut my total calorie intake to 1800 cal's with only 25 grams of fat daily. I still train 4 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week. I've lost a lot of strength and size, but don't give a hoot. I have 10 lbs more to go and then comes my next bulk and cycle. This time instead of bulking from 254 to 277 lbs, i'll bulk from 230 to 255 lbs and then cut to 220 lbs. This fat of mine is going one way or the other. Probably the other
