    Bulk Question

    I dunno to much about bulking so help me out here.

    When im bulking do i eat mainly carbs, like a lot of carbs or just eat average carbs and a lot of protein.???
    Another thing is it possible to maintain my abs and definition of abs while bulking because i dont want to get fat or a layer of fat over stoumach i wont bulk if i see that cant take not atleast seeing a lil bit of abz. Latest pics in my progress journal btw.

    Bulk no one is gonna see the abs during the winter but you... ehh depends he , than when summer comes around cut.
    Started Weight - 130

    so mostly ass carbs or what? does the 1.5 grams protien per pound apply also.

    make sure to get your proetein and then fill in the rest of your calories however you want, but i would reccommend clean
