I want to be able to physically eat more food. Im 5'11 and 130 and I've been steadily gaining weight the past few months but I want to be able to eat more to get more calories. I remember reading like how that japanese hotdog eater koiyashi eats so much is he eats sweet food before a big meal to train his stomach. I just need some tips to help me eat more food more often. thanks
smaller meals more often, go for about 5 - 6 small meals a day, and try shakes if you cannot physically stomach it.
Just add more food each week, so you're body gets used to eating more

if you are already eating 5-6 meals, try liquid calories, like shakes or mrps in addition to the solid food. they are easier to eat
just stuff it down like a champ...and then come tell me how you've gained 40 lbs. and how u will be my slave for life....haha

it is a meal replacement shake. it not only has protein like a protein shake, but also fats and carbs. it is just an easy way to get calories if you need them
