    to give up coffee or not that is the question

    Coffee for Tea?
    Good or bad?

    also what tea is most beneficial in terms on a bodybuilders diet?

    i only used it for a caffeine kick in the morning and I dont need the caffeine, i realized I just am used to drinking sopmething hot, so i was thinking of trying tea

    green tea is supposed to be a thermogenic and have a lot of other good benefits including being a good antioxident

    There's negative effects to green tea. I don't think the benifets out way the postives. Have a couple leaves of lettuce and you have the same anti-oxidant effects. I enjoy drinking non-decaffinated teas such as chamomille, valerian, red clover.

    I wouldn't worry about coffee at all unless you dump tons of sugar in it and it negatively impacts your diet, or the caffein fallout hurts your energy levels for working out. Especially since you said you only have a little in the morning.

    Just because you're serious about getting in shape doesn't mean you can't enjoy some of life's pleasures.
