    New to the forum and workin on my back

    This is a picture taken a couple months ago of my back
    Just seein what you guys think , and any suggestions I could do to make it better

    BTW im 18 about 220lbs and 6' or 6'1

    Back is lookin good....I say do some heavy deadlifts and some pull-ups and you will add more size!

    I do a lot of back exercises,
    I havnt done a lot of deadlifting though I have no idea what I max out on that
    Ill give you an example of a back day, some of the exercises may be sport specific though

    Bent Over Dubbbell row (one arm row)
    lat pull downs
    bench pull (Like bent over barbell row, but laying on a bench)
    Back extention with heavy weight
    cable exercises
    rear delt row on a machine

    Ill have to do my max weights today, and let you guys know tommorow
    here is me from the front
    Not the best picture seeing as I took it on my webcam, in the dark a month or 2 ago
    Now I have a digital camera though so I can get some better pictures some day

    So far it has all been done without any suppliments/ protein/ weight gainer
    But I got stuck at 210 for a while so I started taking weight gainer about a month ago and im up to somewhere between 215 and 220
